$81.9K – $105K a year 22 hours ago Qualifications Mid-level 3 years Bachelor’s degree Life & Health Insurance License Full Job Description CBIZ Talent & Compensation Solutions is assisting our valued global payroll and compensation client in their search for a Benefit Consultant to help their Business Consultants in developing the overall benefits strategy which includes evaluating current offerings, evaluating and presenting proposed options, developing / updating contributions models, finalizing benefits options, and negotiating final rates for all Master Plan Benefits programs. The Benefits Consultant is also responsible for effective and efficient management of their assigned territory, as well as assisting on a national level as needed. Must be onsite 5 days a week. Job Responsibilities Expert level of knowledge: Benefits Strategy Development, Benefits / Market Trends Open Market Offerings & carriers (for comparison purposes) Medical Benefits, Ancillary Benefits, Voluntary Benefits Benefit Implementation Rules & Timelines Underwriting Rules & Guidelines, Contribution Modeling Effective development / utilization: Communicate & Present Benefits Program Negotiate & finalize Benefits offering Education & Experience Bachelor’s level degree required Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in field Active Broker’s Group Life & Health License required CBIZ Talent & Compensation Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
