Many exciting career opportunities In this role, you will: Enters, maintains, and/or processes information in the payroll system (ADP WFN); information may include employees’ hourly rates, salaries, commissions, bonuses or other compensation, time worked, paid leave and holidays, deductions and withholding, garnishments and other information for 400 plus employees Ensures proper processing of payroll deductions for taxes, benefits, charitable contributions, and other deductions. Managing Payroll/Benefit System – adding new titles, departments, resetting passwords and policy updates Communicates with employees regarding their needs for leave and/or modified work schedules. Ensures that employees are aware of their responsibilities and of any documentation and notice required to qualify for and to take leave. Processes and administers all leave-of-absence requests and disability paperwork: medical, personal, disability and FMLA. Administer various employee benefits programs, such as group health, flexible spending accounts, dental and vision, accident and disability, life insurance, 401(k), and wellness benefits. Reviews accident reports to identify patterns of injury and to determine whether unsafe conditions contributed to the accident; advises departments of trends in injuries and proper safety procedures that may result in reduction of injuries; provides department with information that will aid in reducing accidents and improve safety. Coordinate workers’ compensation claims with third-party administrator. Follow up on claims. We would like you to have: Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in Payroll; and Benefits Management. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience processing end-to-end payroll for 300+ employees (preferably with multi-state) Must have ADP Workforce now experience or similar platform Knowledge of HR laws and regulations Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail is nonnegotiable Able to multitask and meet strict deadlines without compromising accuracy Must be adaptable, open to corrective feedback, and held to a high standard of accountability Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Microsoft Teams Intermediate Excel proficiency is highly desired. Intermediate Proficiency involves using more advanced formulas (like

VLOOKUP, IF
