HR Generalist
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in High Point, North Carolina. In this role, you will take charge of recruitment efforts, employee relations, and HR compliance while ensuring smooth onboarding processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
- Oversee and facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for all new hires to ensure their successful integration.
- Maintain up-to-date records in applicant tracking systems.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations such as addressing employee relations issues, ensuring compliance, and generating HR reports.
- Collaborate in the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals.
- Ensure all recruiting and onboarding processes adhere to federal and North Carolina employment regulations.
