Position Overview/Responsibilities for the

HRIS Analyst :
  • Develop and implement strategies for talent management, recruitment, sourcing, and onboarding technology processes and tools
  • Provide comprehensive support for ERP systems like Workday, Oracle, and SAP
  • Develop insightful reports and dashboards to support HR decision-making and process improvements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess analytics needs and deliver both ad hoc and proactive reporting
  • Ensure data integrity by identifying and correcting errors or gaps in data
  • Maintain and update data tables used for reporting to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Collaborate with People + Culture leaders, ITS, and the Enterprise Analytics team to optimize data usage and system capabilities
    Required Skills for
HRIS Analyst :
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong recent experience with Workday
  • Experience analyzing HR metrics and identifying trends
  • Experience working with other HR Business Analysts and other roles
