Job Description We are hiring a Human Resources Generalist to support our Crop Protection Business in our NA Crop Protection HQ in Greensboro, NC.

Duties:

Continue enhancing your HR skills in a developmental role within the Human Resources Business Partnering team. Provide professional HR support to Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs), business leaders, and employees in the Crop Protection and within Corporate Functions. Influence overall process improvement and consistency throughout core processes to help drive efficiency and effectiveness. Partner with HRBPs and Centers of Excellence to guarantee that HR processes and systems support the achievement of business objectives. Leverage strong analytical abilities to deliver actionable insights for the HRBP team and the business. Coach and support managers for people-focused processes and initiatives, such as performance and talent management, recruitment, HRIS navigation, and termination notifications. Provide excellent customer service and advice to employees as they pose inquiries related to internal system navigation, policy processes, clarification, and personal career development. Partner with HR colleagues and business leaders to revise and present monthly onboarding sessions for new hires through virtual webcasts. Actively participate in employee relations investigations, with the support of the HRBP and internal Employment Counsel. Support with immigration processes, in conjunction with Syngenta’s Global Mobility team and Immigration Lead. This position will be in a hybrid work setting, with the expectation to typically be in the office in Greensboro 3 days per week

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience. 2 to 4 years of experience working in Human Resources. Exposure to US HR practices, policies, laws. Experience managing employee relations.

Preferred:

HR business partnering experience. Experience with HR analytics and reporting tools. HR certification from SHRM or HRCI.
