Responsibilities for an Immigration & Relocation Specialist include but are not limited to:
Manage U.S.-based immigration cases, including

H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, O

visas, Perm Transfers, and short- and long-term assignments.
Coordinate andmunicate with foreign national employees, internal stakeholders, and vendors to ensure smooth immigration and relocation processes.
Escalate risks, delays, or budget issues to HR Business Partners to support decision-making.
Support HR, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll withpliance, onboarding, documentation, and case management.
Partner with external immigration law firms and relocation vendors to maintain timelines and ensure data accuracy.
Monitor and maintain budget estimates and PO balances related to immigration and relocation.
Provide empathetic and timely support to employees during high-stress transitions.
Candidates for Immigration & Relocation Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:
Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification/experience.
Must have working knowledge of corporate U.S. immigration law (including visa processes like H-1B, L-1, TN, etc.).
Experience with corporate relocation coordination and vendor management.
Excellentmunication skills with the ability to explainplex processes clearly.
Detail-oriented, agile, and able to manage multiple shifting priorities.
Ability to strategize, anticipate challenges, and meet consistent deadlines.

$25.13/hour

Shift:

8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Pay Details:

$25.12 per hour
