Position Summary:
We are seeking a Client Implementations Specialist to lead onboarding and implementation activities for enterprise-level systems, processes, and products. This role plays a critical part in ensuring successful client integrations, overseeing user acceptance testing (UAT), and providing a smooth transition experience for stakeholders. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with top-tier communication and project coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead client onboarding and implementation efforts, ensuring timely and successful adoption of systems and services. Develop and execute certification and testing plans that align with business and technical requirements. Coordinate product needs and timelines between internal teams and clients. Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure thorough documentation of test results and defects. Perform system configurations, data migrations, and customizations based on client requirements. Monitor project milestones and gather client feedback for continuous improvement. Maintain quality assurance and help refine testing processes to reduce risk and improve efficiency. Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including: 3+ years in client onboarding/integration 3+ years in testing support for internally developed applications Experience with Windows and Linux systems,
IBM MQ, and Connect:
Direct. Strong understanding of XML used in messaging. Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Project. Proven understanding of SDLC and QA best practices. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills:
Ability to build strong client relationships and guide them through decision-making. Experience developing test cases and implementation project plans.
