Job Description
Columbia Forest Products, Greensboro, NC is seeking a skilled Human Resource professional to join our growing team as a cross-functional Senior Human Resource Specialist. The Senior Human Resource Specialist will provide support to the HRIS Payroll Manager through recruitment, orientation, payroll processing, benefits administration and record maintenance.
Summary :
Oversee the administration, support, and optimization of our HRIS systems. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of HR/HRIS processes for employees, personnel, payroll teams, and benefits administrators. Your expertise will help improve system functionality and streamline HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and support the HRIS system, including configuration, troubleshooting, upgrades, auditing and testing. Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, and other departments to ensure data accuracy and process optimization. Generate and maintain standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and metrics to support decision-making. Analyze HR data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement. Corporate recruitment. Employee relations. Compensation & Benefits. Training & Development of HR teams. HR Projects. Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations. Participate in cross-functional projects and system enhancements.
Qualifications:
