Human Resources Manager (HR Manager) Position Available In Laurens, Georgia

As the HR Manager for a newly established solar panel manufacturing facility, you will be responsible for building and overseeing the company’s human resources functions from the ground up. This includes recruiting and onboarding top talent, developing employee policies, and creating an organizational structure that supports growth and operational efficiency. You will ensure compliance with labor laws, foster a positive workplace culture, and implement strategies for workforce development, performance management, and employee engagement.

This role requires a proactive, strategic thinker with experience in HR leadership, preferably in a manufacturing environment. You will play a crucial role in establishing HR systems, benefits programs, and training initiatives that align with the company’s mission of sustainability and innovation in renewable energy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and retention efforts
• Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness
• Able to develop ADP payroll and HR systems from the ground up
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
• Develop and execute employee training and development programs
• Maintain compliance with all employment laws and regulations
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
• Manage HR data and ensure accuracy of employee records
• Provide guidance and support on HR-related matters to all levels of the organization
