The Human Resources Manager provides andmanages human resources services, programs, and policies thatattract, retain, train, and develop qualified teammates for thesuccessful operation of the division and to meet the future needsof the organization.
Benefits you can count on:
Pay rate $90,000 to$100,000 per year. This role is also eligible to participate in theannual incentive plan with a target incentive of 15% of your baseannual salary. Day 1

Essential Job Functions/Principal Accountabilities:
HumanResources-focused Bachelors degree; PeopleSoft experience;demonstrated knowledge of distribution systems, markets, andcompetition. Ensure compliance with all company and governmentregulatory standards in all areas of human resource governance.
Work in partnership with division leadership to determine requiredpeople resources, training needs, identification of leadershiptalent, and succession planning. Implement and administer teammatebenefits programs and heighten teammate awareness of theseprograms. Assist with budgeting process for training, safety,benefits, and other initiatives and activities. Administercompensation policy and direct day-to-day salary administration andplanning. This position has additional duties; special projects maybe assigned.
Minimum Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree. 3-7years of human resources experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
