Job Summary:

The Area Manager will manage cleaning and maintenance activities, including inspecting accounts, planning staffing, assisting with cleanings, resolving disputes, and acting as a liaison between leadership, staff, and clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

Inspect client accounts to ensure consistent quality using inspection software Manage work orders for scheduled cleaning tasks Oversee daily jobs to ensure adherence to scope of work Assist with account budgets Train and onboard new staff Fill in for staffing shortages Manage inventory and order supplies/equipment Maintain equipment and vehicle schedules Collaborate with leadership, supervisors, staff, clients, and vendors to ensure effective communication.

Identify, document, and execute new management tasks

REQURIED QUALIFICATIONS

Five years of janitorial experience, or Three years of management experience Proficiency in excel and time management software Valid drivers license and clean background check
