Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Service Coordinator specializing in Fueling Maintenance to join our team. In this vital role, you will oversee the coordination and execution of fueling system maintenance activities, ensuring all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems operate safely and efficiently. Your leadership will drive the success of maintenance projects, uphold safety standards, and optimize facility performance through proactive management and technical expertise. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead facilities teams, manage complex systems, and contribute to the seamless operation of fueling infrastructure. Duties Prepare accurate, professional quotes and proposals for service and repair work Perform site visits to assess scope, verify existing conditions, and gather the information needed to price jobs correctly Price out materials, parts, and equipment; obtain and compare vendor pricing Procure materials and equipment and coordinate delivery timing with scheduled work Communicate daily with field technicians — job scope, materials, scheduling, and follow-ups Serve as a primary point of contact for customers: status updates, scheduling, and issue resolution Support work order flow from service call through scheduling, field work, and billing Maintain clear documentation on quotes, purchases, and job status What We're Looking For Experience in fueling/petroleum systems, mechanical service, HVAC, plumbing, or a similar trade environment Ability to understand scope, spot problems, and translate what you see into an accurate quote Strong organizational skills; comfortable juggling multiple open jobs, vendors, and customers at once Clear, professional communication, written and verbal, with both customers and field crews and co-workers Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and job/work order software Valid driver's license and ability to travel to sites in the NY metro area Strong understanding of safety regulations such as OSHA standards related to facilities maintenance and fueling operations Skilled in project management with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality standards Familiarity with managing low voltage control systems alongside high voltage electrical infrastructure. Pay:
$50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
