Texas Clearing and Excavation is looking for an experienced, dependable Equipment Operator to join our land clearing and excavation team. We are looking for someone who can confidently operate: Excavators Dozers Skid steers Forestry mulchers and related attachments Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently Perform land clearing, mulching, grading, excavation, and site preparation Clear trees, brush, and vegetation Maintain proper grades and drainage Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance Work safely around other equipment and crew members Keep job sites clean, organized, and productive Follow project plans and directions from supervisors Qualifications 2+ years of heavy equipment operating experience preferred Experience in land clearing, forestry mulching, excavation, or site preparation Proficient operating excavators, dozers, and skid steers Ability to work outdoors in Texas weather Dependable, hardworking, and safety-minded Valid driver's license Ability to work independently and as part of a crew Must take pride in quality workmanship We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full-time work Opportunities for overtime Work with a growing, family-owned business Variety of land clearing and excavation projects Opportunity for advancement
