• Full-time Pay range: $18-$21/hour, based on experience UUG's warehouse is the engine behind every order our hospitality customers count on — chefs, hotels, and restaurants across North America who need their uniforms to show up complete, correct, and on time. We're looking for a Warehouse Associate to help keep that engine running as our order volume keeps growing. About United Uniforms Global UUG is a B2B/B2C distributor of hospitality apparel based in Lisle, IL, and the exclusive North American representative for four European brands: Le Nouveau Chef, Kentaur, Segers, and Lafont. We're also the exclusive uniform supplier for Chefs Canada. We ship through multiple online stores to customers across the U.S. and Canada, and our warehouse team is what makes that possible every single day. About the Role As a Warehouse Associate, you'll be hands-on with every order that moves through our facility — receiving and storing inventory, pulling accurate picks, and packing and shipping orders correctly the first time. Six months from now, you'll be someone the team relies on to keep orders moving accurately and on schedule, even during our busiest weeks. What You'll Do Receive, unload, and store incoming shipments using pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately using RF scanners and our inventory management system Maintain accurate inventory records through regular data entry, cycle counts, and stock organization Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and shipping documentation, and log any discrepancies Coordinate with carriers to ensure outbound orders are staged and dispatched on schedule Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe, following all safety protocols for equipment and material handling Flag damaged, mislabeled, or short-shipped product before it becomes a customer problem

What We're Looking For Required:

6+ months of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking for most of a shift Basic proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management or inventory software Comfortable performing basic math for inventory counts and order processing Reliable attendance and the ability to work full-time, on-site in Lisle, IL Strong attention to detail across picking, packing, and data entry — accuracy matters more than speed here

Preferred:

Pallet jack certification/experience Experience with an ERP or warehouse management system (e.g., AS400) Working knowledge of Microsoft Office for basic reporting and documentation Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce order systems Experience in apparel, footwear, or similar SKU-heavy inventory environments

Compensation & Benefits Pay:

$18-$21/hour, based on experience. Full-time, day shift. Paid time off Consistent, predictable daytime schedule Growth opportunities as UUG continues to expand
