full-time Rymax is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Relations Associate to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Morris County, New Jersey. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service, accurate order management, and seamless program execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong communication skills, and is committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries through multiple channels, including phone, email, web-based platforms, and chat. Manage customer orders and inventory transactions within Microsoft Dynamics GP. Process returns, claims, warranty requests, and related customer service issues. Develop, maintain, and distribute internal and client-facing reports for sales teams and customers. Track and manage key client performance metrics, including backorder levels, shipment performance, cancellation rates, and other KPIs. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, and other departments to support successful program execution and customer satisfaction. Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer concerns while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Qualifications Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP is preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Prior experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Account Support, or a related office environment strongly preferred.
