Palm Harbor, FL Position Summary We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Baker for production in a high-volume key lime pie bakery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a repetitive, process-driven environment and takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality products at scale. The Baker will maintain production standards, train staff, and ensure that every pie meets our quality expectations. Key Responsibilities Lead daily production of key lime pies and related bakery products. Supervise, train, and mentor assistants. Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across all products. Follow and enforce standardized recipes and production procedures. Manage production schedules to meet daily and seasonal demand. Monitor inventory levels and communicate ingredient needs. Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment. Perform quality checks throughout the production process. Assist with onboarding and training new bakery staff. Troubleshoot production issues and maintain workflow efficiency. Work alongside the team during peak production periods. Qualifications 1+ years of baking experience. Previous experience leading or supervising bakery staff preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product consistency. Comfortable performing repetitive production tasks for extended periods. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is: Highly reliable and punctual.
