  • $25-38/hr 1st Shift
  • 7-330 We are looking for a skilled CNC Machinist to join our clients team!
In this role, you will set up and operate CNC lathe and/or milling machines to produce high-quality precision parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has experience reading blueprints, performing machine setups, monitoring production, and inspecting finished parts to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC lathe and/or milling machines Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and machining instructions Load raw materials and monitor machine operations Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges Make machine adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning Document production data and report issues as needed Work with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot problems Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Experience operating CNC lathe and/or CNC milling machines Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Familiarity with precision measuring tools Strong attention to detail and quality Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications CNC certification or technical training Experience with CNC programming and machine setup Knowledge of CAD/CAM software Understanding of lean manufacturing or quality standards Ability to perform minor machine repairs Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Health benefits Paid time off Opportunities for overtime Career growth and advancement Apply today to join a growing team focused on quality, safety, and precision manufacturing! #IND123
