Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Machine Operator Lead to take ownership of pallet production on their assigned machine. Responsibilities Coordinate daily machine operation activities, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and safely. Monitor equipment performance, perform troubleshooting, and coordinate repairs or maintenance to minimize downtime.
