Responsibilities:

Greet visitors Answer incoming calls Resolve client questions or concerns Schedule and confirm orders Process payments Assist in the shipping and receiving department Inspect goods for visible damage or defects Package, weigh, and label outgoing profucts Prepare shipping Log in incoming and outgoing items into computer database or inventory Organize stock in designated warehouse location

Education:

High School High School diploma or equivalent

Experience:

12 months

Physical:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, for the duration of 8 to 12 hour shifts Ability to lift 25-50 pounds Exposed to variable industrial environments, including loud factory machine noise, dust moving material handling equipment

Skills:

Proven experience in shipping and receiving Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Basic Understanding of OSHA warehouse safety regulations

Related Experience:

Shipping and Receiving, Customer Service, Computer Literacy , Strong attention to detail
