This position is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable taking on a leadership role, and has previous administrative and/or Human Resources experience. The right candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, have strong computer skills, and be able to effectively communicate with employees and management.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 1st

Shift:

6:00 AM - 2:30

PM Full-Time Pay:

Starting at $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day administrative and HR support Assist employees with questions and workplace needs Maintain employee records, documentation, and administrative paperwork Communicate professionally with employees, supervisors, and management Assist with attendance, scheduling, and other employee-related matters Enter and maintain accurate information using computer systems Help coordinate daily office and operational needs Take initiative and provide leadership when needed Maintain confidentiality when handling employee information

Qualifications:

Bilingual in English and Spanish required Previous HR, administrative, and/or leadership experience preferred Strong computer skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities Professional and dependable Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail
