We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to provide administrative support throughout the office and manufacturing facility. This position plays a vital role in supporting human resources, accounting, customer order processing, and general office operations.

Responsibilities Accounting:

Processing vendor invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, invoicing customers, following up on outstanding payments, and performing bank and credit card reconciliations.

Human Resources:

Processing payroll, administering 401(k) plans, managing employee health insurance benefits, and supporting general HR activities. Salary will depend on experience
