Job Description
Job description: Superior Landscape Companies is seeking skilled and dedicated Commercial Landscape Installers to join our dynamic team. We are hiring Crew Members who possess proven experience and are coachable and eager to learn. If you are passionate about creating outstanding outdoor experiences and take pride in your work, we want you on our team.
Position Overview:
As a Landscape Installer, you will be responsible for executing high-quality landscape installations. If you are looking to grow your skills as a team member, we have opportunities for you.Responsibilities:
- Execute landscape installations with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with foreman to meet project deadlines.
- Ability to follow specific instructions.
- Uphold the company's standards of integrity and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in landscape/construction installations
- Coachable and willing to learn for those with less experience.
- Work with others in a respectful manner.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Operate heavy equipment preferred but will train the right person.
- Commitment to maintaining a professional and positive work ethic.
- Basic plant knowledge
- Skilled at shrub/tree trimming
- Skilled in shooting grade
- Some experience with paver install and retaining wall installation.
- Must provide a valid ID or driver's license as well as a Social Security card.
- 2-3yrs experience preferred.
