Full Job Description Onsite Coordinator Niles, IL Full-Time Benefits:

401(k) & Health Insurance 2nd Shift hours ( 3pm - 11pm with weekends as needed) Nexus Employment Solutions Plus, Inc. is currently hiring an Onsite Coordinator for the Niles, IL. area. Job Responsibilities Schedule employees via phone and in-person communication Arrive early to check in temporary staff and take attendance Record attendance and send daily reports Assist with timekeeping and reconcile hours in the timeclock Conduct new hire orientations Work closely with Staffing Management on employee-related matters Support Shift Supervisor with floor personnel issues and training Complete daily paperwork (headcounts, shift summaries, etc.) Focus on employee retention and engagement Requirements Flexible with work hours Proven reliability and strong work ethic Basic computer skills Customer service mindset Excellent verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency Previous experience in a Lead or Supervisory role

Pay:

$18.00 - $24.00 per hour
