This position combines customer service, counter sales, warehouse operations, and inventory management in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and assist walk-in customers with a friendly, professional attitude Process sales transactions using the company point-of-sale (POS) system Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with product inquiries Pick and pull materials accurately for customer orders Count and verify incoming and outgoing shipments against packing slips Load and unload deliveries Stock shelves, organize inventory, and maintain proper product placement Assemble and organize warehouse shelving as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and professional warehouse and sales area Perform light janitorial duties such as disinfecting workstations and common areas Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer and arithmetic skills Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and dependable work ethic Ability to work overtime when needed Benefits
