The Bridge Mentoring Program connects students with caring adult mentors who provide encouragement, guidance, and positive role modeling. As the Bridge Mentoring Program Coordinator, you will play a vital role in helping these meaningful connections thrive. If you're organized, compassionate, and enjoy working with both youth and volunteers, we'd love to hear from you. What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who:
  • Is passionate about supporting youth and strengthening the community
  • Builds positive relationships with students, families, volunteers, schools, and community partners
  • Has strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Can manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Is comfortable using Microsoft Office and maintaining accurate records
  • Works independently while also collaborating effectively with a team Experience working with youth, volunteers, education, or nonprofit programs is preferred. What You'll Do
  • Support mentors and mentees through regular check-ins, coaching, and resource referrals
  • Recruit, screen, onboard, and help train volunteer mentors
  • Coordinate mentor-mentee matches and monitor the success of each partnership
  • Plan and support workshops, group activities, and community events
  • Build relationships with local schools and community organizations
  • Maintain accurate program documentation, reports, and participant records
  • Respond promptly to emails, phone calls, and inquiries from participants and community partners

  • Approximately 32-35 hours per week
  • Hourly rate: $20.00

  • Successful completion of a CORI background check is required.
