Location Airport Full/Part Time Full-Time Exempt from Classified Service No Minimum Rate 41748.62 Min Pay Frequency Yearly Maximum Rate 70775.03 Max Pay Frequency Yearly Regular/Temporary Regular Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Three years of advanced clerical experience are required. Completion of college coursework may substitute for the required work experience on a year-for-year basis. Recruitment Notes The Clerk 4 provides advanced administrative and clerical support to the Real Estate Management (REM) - Non‑Terminal Section Team. The incumbent contributes to the implementation of section objectives by coordinating administrative activities, preparing reports and official correspondence, and supporting documentation processes associated with Real Estate Management. Responsibilities include reviewing lease documents; assembling complete and accurate agreement packages for transmittal to the Airport Deputy Director's Office and the Clerk of the Courts; assisting the Aviation Chief with administrative operations; and supporting project planning and progress tracking. The role requires interpreting and applying complex documents and leasing protocols, maintaining professional communication with tenants, airport businesses, and internal stakeholders, conducting site visits to tenant and vendor locations when necessary, and performing additional duties that support the efficient functioning of the REM Non‑Terminal Section. Airport Security Applicants qualifying for employment with the Miami-Dade Aviation Department will be subject to extensive security screening, including but not limited to fingerprint checks, employment verification, and other such procedures as may be mandated by federal law. The security clearance required by federal law is a continuing condition of employment.
