About the Role We are expanding production at our high-volume embroidery warehouse and looking for high-energy Embroidery Machine Operator Interns to join our team long-term! We are hiring for multiple positions and seeking motivated go-getters who want to start at the intern/trainee level and grow into permanent, long-term careers with us. In our facility, our machine operators focus strictly on production run setups and running the machines—we have separate departments for finishing, quality control, and packing. No prior sewing or machinery experience is required; we provide full, hands-on training from day one. What You'll Do Operate Industrial Machinery:

Learn to run, load, and manage high-capacity multi-head embroidery machines across active production lines.

Hoop & Prep Garments:

Rapidly hoop blank garments (hats, shirts, jackets, bags) with proper backings to prepare them for machine loading.

Machine Setups & Color Swaps:

Thread machines, change bobbins, change needles, and set up thread colors based on production work orders.

Monitor Production Runs:

Track machine operation in real-time, handle thread breaks, and keep machines running efficiently to meet daily output goals.

Station Maintenance:

Keep machine heads and hooping stations clean, oiled, and stocked with necessary thread and backing supplies.
