Job Summary We are seeking a dependable Production Worker to support daily manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include preparing raw materials, completing production processes, packaging finished products, maintaining clean and safe facilities and equipment, and performing quality checks. The ideal candidate will help ensure products meet quality standards and are properly prepared for shipment to customers. Responsibilities Complete work as assigned and outlined in the SOPs for any of the areas within our Production department. Adhere to GMPs and Food Safety Policies and Occupational Safety Policies to maintain a safe work environment. Report Food Safety, Quality and Occupational Safety concerns area leads and to shift lead. Perform sanitation duties as needed. Perform Master Cleaning Schedule duties as needed Make process improvement suggestions. Properly dispose of waste material and used packaging supplies. Record quality and production data. Assist with running various types of machinery Assist other employees as needed to complete tasks. Skills Required Team-oriented personality. Detail oriented and attentive. Proficient in mathematics. Ability to work in fast paced environment with tasks requiring physical exertion. Well-developed sense of personal initiative. Ability to work with little or no supervision.
