$25-30/hr, depending on experience About Us We're a small, thriving private psychology practice offering high-quality, personalized care to our patients. Our warm, thoughtful Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) clinicians are spread across three states, and we work hard to make sure every patient, staff member, and team member feels supported and valued. We're now hiring a part-time Executive Assistant to work directly alongside our Center Director. This is a hands-on role that combines executive support, practice operations, patient communication, and content/website management. This is not a "wait for instructions" role. We're looking for someone who notices what needs to happen, figures out how to make it happen, and follows it through to completion. We don't need someone to do 100 things at once. We need someone who can look at 20 things, figure out what matters most, and reliably make sure the right things happen. This Role If You Are:
Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, you catch your own mistakes before anyone else does Proven, hands-on experience with WordPress, Canva, and Constant Contact or a similar email platform. These are skills we need you to bring to the role, not skills you'll be learning from scratch A warm, kind, and thoughtful communicator who keeps the Director informed without needing to be chased for updates, and who closes loops A true self-starter who builds structure rather than waiting to be told what's next Comfortable with variety, one hour you might be in WordPress, the next prepping a training, then handling an intake call Calm under pressure and great at juggling multiple priorities Someone who genuinely cares about helping others and doing great work Discreet and trustworthy, with the ability to handle confidential patient information with professionalism, good judgment, and care Perks Beautiful, calm office environment with snacks and beverages onsite Genuine variety, no two days look the same Kind, collaborative team that genuinely enjoys working together Real opportunity to grow with the role over time, into deeper practice operations and intake support A job where your care and contributions truly make a difference This Job Probably Isn't for You If… You're not able to work onsite in Highland Park, NJ during scheduled hours You don't have hands-on experience with WordPress, Canva, or Constant Contact/similar platforms You get overwhelmed juggling multiple priorities or details slip through the cracks You're not comfortable running the occasional errand (think: picking up supplies, not dry cleaning) You prefer rigid instructions over figuring things out and taking initiative You need frequent check-ins to stay on track rather than owning your work independently You're not an awesome human who shows up for others and wants to make things better
