You'll play a crucial role as part of SPS/AMG, ensuring communications and orders are handled efficiently and correctly. We are looking for a team member to help with the handling of all facets of basic customer service and order entry in our Omro office. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of support tasks. Job duties include, but are not limited to: Monitoring & directing phone calls, emails, and various communications. Assist in purchasing, customer and supplier orders within the ERP system. Managing records and files. Update paperwork and databases. Create documents, including correspondence and reports.

Job Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent required. Ability to build relationships with customers, suppliers, and coworkers. Proficient in computer skills, Windows Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word). Experience with ERP systems is desirable. Attention to detail is essential. Previous experience in a manufacturing setting a plus.
