Dental Scheduling Coordinator / Front Desk Woodgrove Family Dentists —

Woodridge, IL Pay:

$20

•25 per hour, based on experience Full-time | In-person We are a busy, established private dental practice in Woodridge, IL, looking for a reliable, friendly, and organized Dental Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with patients, is comfortable on the phone, and can keep a busy dental schedule productive and organized. Responsibilities Answer incoming patient calls and schedule appointments Manage and optimize the daily dental schedule Confirm appointments and follow up with patients Fill cancellations and open appointment times Contact patients with unscheduled or overdue treatment Recall/reactivation calls to existing patients Coordinate appointments between the dentist, hygienist, and assistants Greet patients and assist with check-in/check-out when needed Communicate clearly and professionally with patients Maintain accurate patient information and scheduling notes Help keep the front office running smoothly Provide an excellent patient experience Qualifications Previous dental office experience preferred Experience with dental scheduling is strongly preferred Knowledge of Open Dental is a plus Excellent phone and communication skills Friendly, professional personality Strong organizational and multitasking skills Dependable and punctual Comfortable working in a busy dental office Ability to work well as part of a team Schedule Our office hours are:

Monday:

9:00 AM

PM Tuesday:

10:00 AM

•5:00

PM Wednesday:

9:00 AM

•6:00

PM Friday:

9:00 AM

•6:00

PM Alternating Thursdays:

9:00 AM

•2:00 PM No regular weekends. Compensation $20
