Duties Assist with the setup and preparation of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools Perform heavy lifting of materials such as rebar, concrete forms, and masonry components to support various phases of construction projects Operate power tools and hand tools safely for tasks like concrete cutting, formwork construction, and flooring installation Mix and pour concrete using mixers and pumps, ensuring proper placement according to technical drawings and specifications Install rebar, construct formwork, and interpret blueprints to accurately execute concrete forming and reinforcement tasks Support masonry work including bricklaying, plastering, and other heavy-duty tasks involved in renovation projects Follow all safety protocols related to construction workplace safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe operation of heavy equipment Experience Prior experience working on construction sites or in related trades such as masonry, carpentry, or concrete finishing is highly desirable Familiarity with blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and understanding construction plans is a plus Knowledge of construction estimating processes and blueprint specification interpretation enhances your effectiveness on the job Hands-on experience with concrete pouring, concrete finishing, rebar installation, formwork construction, and concrete pumping is advantageous Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts or other heavy equipment is preferred but not mandatory Strong understanding of construction workplace safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols is essential for success in this role Join us in building exceptional structures while advancing your skills in a supportive environment that values safety, teamwork, and craftsmanship.
