Key Responsibilities Project Support & Coordination Assist Project Managers in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource trackers Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to support on-time project execution Monitor project milestones and deliverables, flagging schedule risks or resource gaps to the Project Manager Support pre-project site evaluations and mobilization planning, including permit applications, site logistics, and crew coordination Assist with subcontractor onboarding, scope review, and day-to-day performance oversight Logistics & Operations Support Coordinate procurement and delivery of equipment, tools, and materials to active job sites Track transportation and disposal logistics for recycled wind turbine blades, solar components, and other materials Assist with site mobilization and demobilization planning, including equipment staging, crew scheduling, and vendor coordination Communicate with the Project Coordinator and field leadership on daily logistics needs and schedule updates Budget & Financial Tracking Assist in preparing and monitoring project budgets under the direction of the Project Manager Track project expenses, code invoices, and flag cost variances for Project Manager review Compile and submit expense reports, purchase orders, and subcontractor pay applications Support the preparation of financial reports and project cost summaries for leadership review Client & Stakeholder Communication Assist the Project Manager in preparing client updates, progress reports, and meeting materials Participate in client calls and project meetings, taking accurate notes and tracking action items to completion Respond to routine client and stakeholder inquiries under the direction of the Project Manager Help maintain strong client relationships by ensuring follow-through on commitments and timely communication Safety & Compliance Support the Project Manager and Safety Specialist in ensuring all project sites comply with OSHA regulations and company safety policies Assist in maintaining site safety documentation including JHAs, safety inspection records, and incident reports Participate in site safety meetings and field visits, reinforcing Destructable's safety culture with crew members and subcontractors Ensure all required permits, certifications, and compliance documentation are secured and current for each project Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate and organized project files including contracts, permits, schedules, budgets, and correspondence Prepare daily and weekly project status reports for Project Manager and leadership review Document meeting notes, action items, and project decisions and distribute to stakeholders in a timely manner Assist in preparing end-of-project closeout documentation and lessons learned reports
Requirements:
Qualifications Required 2+ years of experience in project coordination, construction management, field operations, or a related role Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving Willingness to travel to project sites with 2-4 week rotations as needed Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Preferred Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience considered Experience in demolition, recycling, wind energy, or heavy civil industries Familiarity with project management tools such as Wrike, Microsoft Project, or equivalent OSHA 10 certification
