Server Qualifications Description:

We are looking for a well-rounded and skilled server with a friendly personality! This position plays a major role in the operation of our establishment and for creating and providing customers with the best experience. We strive on customer satisfaction. Your goal should be to provide an exceptional guest experience.

Duties:

Provide excellent customer service. Greet tables in a timely manner. Suggest menu items/upsell. Take and serve food/drink orders. Have basic bar knowledge (beer, wine, and cocktails). Deliver checks and collect payments, Cooperate and communicate effectively with all managers and co-workers. Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines. Complete sidework at the end of the shift Complete all tasks that are assigned.

Work Experience:

1 year of experience as a server and bartender in a restaurant setting Experience with developing constructive working and interpersonal relationships with colleagues and customers. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills. Team player Good time-management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills Active listening Good physical condition High school diploma: food safety training will be considered a plus.
