Job Description

The Loft is looking for a Licensed Esthetician to join our growing beauty and wellness team in Vero Beach. We're searching for someone who is passionate about skincare, committed to delivering exceptional client experiences, and excited to be part of a supportive, professional environment. Responsibilities Perform professional esthetic services while maintaining high standards of care Provide personalized treatment recommendations and skincare education Deliver an exceptional client experience from consultation to follow-up Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized treatment room Build lasting client relationships through outstanding service Work collaboratively with other providers to create a positive salon environment Qualifications Current Florida Facial Specialist or Full Specialist License Professional, dependable, and motivated Excellent communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Passion for skincare and continued education Strong attention to cleanliness and professionalism What We Offer Beautiful, modern salon environment Flexible opportunities based on the right fit Supportive and collaborative team culture Cross-referral opportunities with other beauty and wellness professionals Opportunity to grow within an expanding business

Preferred Experience:

Experience with any of the following is a plus: Corrective skincare Acne treatments Chemical peels Dermaplaning Brow and lash services Waxing Advanced facial treatments

Compensation will be discussed during the interview and will be based on the candidate's experience and the opportunity that is the best fit for both parties.

From $20.00 per hour
