In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of machinery to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely. This position offers an exciting opportunity in a fast-paced environment where precision and safety are paramount. Responsibilities Safe and efficient manufacturing of machined components utilizing multiple pieces of CNC lathes and milling machines. Produce the quota as directed by management while putting safety, customer service and quality at the highest regard. Safely load and unload material into machine. Perform routine maintenance, adjustments, and troubleshooting on machinery to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime. Keep written record of tasks performed, time spent, and any other additional data required by project. Qualifications Able to multi-task and work at a fast pace; our operators typically operate two machines at a time. Ability to read and interpret prints and measuring equipment is a major plus, but we can teach as needed. Previous CNC machine work is preferred but not required. Self-motivated, results-driven, and independent thinking. Strong attention to detail. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and quality assessments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting machinery issues promptly. Mechanical aptitude.
