Team Responsibilities:

Assist the Controller during the monthly accounting close process Prepare and enter journal entries as required. Review and approve AP vouchers Process billing on a daily basis. Review and process board bills ACH transfers weekly. AP and AR back-up Prepare bank reconciliations as required. Review account analysis for discrepancies. File accounting documents. Maintain internal and external records retention. Update Key Stats Report daily. Monthly inventory reviews of

Inventory Qualifications:

Accounting or Finance Degree. 1-2 years' experience Prior experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Intermediate Excel desired
