Preparing customer's product by applying masking prior to and removal of masking after the plating process, loading parts onto fixtures, and testing customer's product against the customer's Ohm and/or adhesion requirements, identifying whether they have passed or failed these requirements, and documenting results on test logs.

Production Associate Shift:
6:00 AM - 2:15 PM, Monday through
Friday Pay Rate:
$17.50 per hour
Overtime:
Occasional overtime available
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain regular and punctual attendance in accordance with assigned schedules
Prepare products for processing by installing or removing masking, loading parts onto fixtures, and clipping carriage buss per work instructions
Visually inspect raw and in-process products for contamination, defects, or deviations from work instructions and carton labels
Monitor masking condition, fixture integrity, and cavity usability; report issues to the Crew Leader or Production Supervisor and complete Quality Issue Reports (Pink Sheets) as required
Perform required in-process testing (including Ohm and/or Tape testing) per work instructions, verify meter calibration status, and accurately document results on test logs
Identify whether products meet customer quality and adhesion requirements and properly transfer passed or failed products to Quality Control, Shipping, or designated areas as instructed
Maintain clean, organized, and orderly masking, loading, and testing workstations
Submit completed test logs and documentation to the Production Supervisor
Participate as a member of the Quality Team by inspecting products throughout the production process.
Based on operational needs, a Production Associate may be assigned to various production tasks, workstations, or departments, and may be required to perform other related duties not specifically listed.
Assignments may change to support production demands, staffing coverage, and customer requirements.
