• is seeking a motivated and results-driven Roofing Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, customer-focused, has existing people and project management experience, and eager to build a rewarding career in the roofing industry. Roofing experience is not required
• Construction professionals in aligned industries are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple crews and projects across our service area Perform roof/work/crew inspections and document with extensive photos throughout the projects Educate homeowners on roofing systems, the MLD Roofing process as needed Work closely with main office and sales teams to ensure a smooth customer experience Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a high level of satisfaction Meet and exceed quality and scheduling targets and performance goals

Qualifications:

Previous people and field project management experience (roofing or construction a plus, but not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Ability to work independently and manage time, materials, and others effectively Valid driver's license, insurable, and reliable transportation (company vehicle may be provided) Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders
