Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing ingredients and assisting in cooking support to create our delicious barbecue dishes. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to meet our high standards of cleanliness. Supporting various kitchen operations, including dishwashing and order packing. Assisting with catering prep and food truck events. Collaborating with team members to ensure excellent customer service. No two days are the same here, so flexibility and a positive attitude are key!
