Home Exterior Sales Specialist — Commission Only (Uncapped) We're a family-owned, growing exterior remodeling company looking for experienced, self-driven sales professionals to sell siding, windows, doors, and related exterior products directly to homeowners in Middle Georgia and Valdosta Currently, expanding rapidly. This is a commission-only, 1099 role. It's a strong fit if you've sold home improvement, roofing, solar, or similar big-ticket products door-to-door or through generated leads before, and you're looking for uncapped earning potential rather than a salary floor. What you'll do Run the full sales cycle: prospecting, in-home consultations, quoting, closing, and post-sale follow-up Work a mix of company-provided leads and self-generated business (referrals, canvassing, networking) Use our CRM to track leads and manage your pipeline Build your own territory — and if you want to grow into a team lead role, that path is open What you need 1+ years of outside/field sales experience, ideally in home improvement or another big-ticket B2B/B2C category A track record of closing — not just generating activity Comfortable with commission-only pay and self-directed prospecting Reliable transportation; able to travel within an assigned territory Compensation Commission only- 4% to 8% depending on Experience Top reps in this role are currently earning $13500 Plus Why this company Family-owned, established, growing — 20 years in business Marketing support and lead generation from the company No cap on territory size or income
