ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I opened my agency in 2011 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. I've spent 33 years with State Farm, with experience in both agency and management before returning to agency ownership. I'm a graduate of Olivet and earned my master's degree from Indiana University. Outside of work, my husband and I enjoy riding motorcycles and are involved with the Priesthood Motorcycle Ministry. I'm also a big Seahawks and Cincinnati Reds fan. Giving back is important to our agency. We participate in Norwood Day and stay involved with local organizations that support children and families in need. Our agency offers a Simple IRA, paid vacation and personal time, bonus opportunities, available overtime, and licensing costs paid up front. We also like to have a little fun with our perks, including Reds tickets for team members to enjoy throughout the season. Our office is small, supportive, and truly team-oriented. We work closely together, have fun along the way, and focus on helping customers understand their options so they can make the best decisions for their families. I'm looking for someone who is positive, honest, self-motivated, coachable, and leads with integrity. We want someone who supports their teammates, communicates openly, and is always willing to help others succeed.
