This is an excellent opportunity for a personable, proactive professional who wants to grow their administrative skills, support diverse teams, and make a meaningful impact. What You'll Do Act as the main point of contact for general inquiries via phone, email, or in-person Respond promptly to information requests and general office inquiries Screen and direct calls to appropriate staff or departments Greet, screen, and direct visitors to the appropriate staff and/or location Ensure lobby and front desk remain clean, organized, and welcoming Sort and distribute daily mail Accept and distribute packages delivered to lobby Maintain office supplies inventory and assist with purchasing Provide confidential administrative and clerical support to staff Organize and maintain agency filing systems/databases Coordinate reservation of agency meeting spaces Assist with reservation of agency event spaces Assist with management of agency calendars Assist with special projects and, if appropriate, assume responsibility for the development, administration, and promotion of specific projects Train individuals providing back-up support to the front desk What We're Looking For Must be at least 18 years of age High school graduate or GED required Bachelor's degree preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments and teams Ability to manage priorities, maintain confidentiality, and follow through on assignments What We Offer Competitive industry pay Employer-paid short-term disability, long-term disability & life insurance Affordable health insurance benefits 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Tuition Assistance Plan Generous PTO
