Senior Accountant (Cost/Manufacturing) ???? Cinnaminson, NJ (Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote) ???? $80,000 - $95,000 Base Salary + 10% Bonus LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing $3bn international manufacturing organization to identify a Senior Accountant (Cost/Manufacturing) . This is a newly created position offering exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a global organization. This role is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys partnering with operations, analyzing manufacturing costs, improving processes, and driving business decisions through financial analysis. Key Responsibilities ? Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory, and profitability trends ? Maintain and review standard costing methodologies ? Perform Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) analysis and reporting ? Analyze inventory valuation, physical inventory counts, and cycle counts ? Review and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) accuracy ? Support month-end close activities related to inventory and manufacturing operations ? Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements ? Partner with engineering, operations, logistics, and sales teams to provide meaningful financial insights ? Utilize SAP and Excel to develop reports and analyze operational performance Qualifications ? Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field ? 3-5+ years of cost accounting experience within a manufacturing environment ?

Experience with:

Standard Costing Inventory Analysis COGS Analysis BOM Accuracy Reviews Manufacturing Costing ? Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis, reporting) ?
