Category Schools - SLPA Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting school-aged students as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant. This onsite position places you within dynamic educational environments near Durham, CA, allowing you to make a daily impact on students' communication and language skills while thriving under the direct supervision of experienced Speech-Language Pathologists.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with SLPs to deliver speech and language interventions suited to individual IEPs Provide both direct and indirect services to students, adapting to needs across various school sites Maintain clear, professional communication with staff, students, and families, even during high-pressure situations Utilize excellent written and oral skills to document progress and contribute to team meetings Follow all protocols for documentation and supervision, ensuring compliance with educational and licensure standards Potential to travel between school buildings during your workday
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
