This position is responsible for the daily operation of the office , assisting clients with applications such as Medicaid, SNAP (Food Stamps), and other programs, while providing excellent customer service in a professional and welcoming environment. If you are passionate about helping others and making a real impact in your community, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Open and prepare the office daily (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Assist clients with applications (Medicaid, SNAP, Medicare Savings Programs, etc.) Provide guidance on available community resources Ensure all client information is completed accurately and handled confidentially Maintain office cleanliness, organization, and a professional environment Deliver excellent customer service (bilingual preferred: English/Spanish) Follow company procedures and compliance guidelines Maintain basic documentation and case notes Qualifications Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer skills (data entry, online applications) Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented Passion for helping the community Preferred Experience Experience assisting with Medicaid, SNAP, or similar programs Background in customer service, office support, or community work Familiarity with working with seniors and families Why Join Mas Access?
