Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Customer Service & Sales Operations Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure exceptional service for our customers. This role is responsible for managing customer orders from quote to delivery, coordinating with vendors and warehouses, maintaining inventory accuracy, and providing administrative support to the sales team. The ideal candidate can successfully manage multiple priorities while delivering outstanding customer service. Comprehensive, hands-on training will be provided to ensure the successful candidate is comfortable with all aspects of the role Required Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Ability to prioritize multiple projects Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook Customer service, logistics, packaging, manufacturing, or distribution experience is a plus Accounting software or knowledge in QuickBooks a plus Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues. Process and manage customer orders from entry through delivery Support the sales team with quotes, order tracking, and customer follow-up Coordinate with vendors, warehouses, and freight carriers to ensure timely shipments. Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory planning. Maintain accurate records, reports, and customer information. Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal team members. Assist with general administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
