Job Summary We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team for seasonal or year-round employment. Candidates should possess basic culinary skills including knife handling, food preparation, cooking techniques, cleanliness, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Flexible scheduling is available, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Full-time and part-time positions available. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to management. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, grills, ovens, and fryers. Skills Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Proficiency in knife skills and various cooking techniques. Experience in the food service industry, particularly within a restaurant environment. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere while maintaining individual accountability. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.

Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
