The ideal candidate will have experience in the food service industry and a strong understanding of meal preparation techniques. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment, contributing to our reputation for excellence in fine dining. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality specifications. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including utensils, equipment, and food storage areas. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal service during busy periods. Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Participate in the training of new kitchen staff as needed. Qualifications Previous experience working in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred. Knowledge of cooking techniques, knife skills, and food safety practices. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with other staff members.
