The ideal candidate will have experience in operating CNC and a strong understanding of machining processes. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced factory environment. The CNC Operator will be responsible for producing high-quality components while adhering to safety standards and quality control measures. Responsibilities Operate CNC Mill and lathe machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining requirements. Set up tooling and fixtures for CNC operations, ensuring proper alignment and calibration. Conduct quality control checks using micrometers and other measuring tools to ensure product specifications are met. Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any operational issues. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members in the warehouse and factory settings to optimize production efficiency. Utilize hand tools and equipment as necessary during the manufacturing process. Qualifications Proven experience as a CNC Mill and Lathe Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings. Familiarity with SolidWorks software is a plus. Strong understanding of quality control processes and techniques. Experience with tooling setup, operation of presses, and use of hand tools. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability. Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills. Knowledge of warehouse operations is beneficial.
